Joanna Power and Richard Morgan were the week 2 evictees on ITV1’s Grease is the Word. On Saturday night they lost out to Vicky Hoyles and Micheal Quinn.
They both got the lowest votes from the public. David Gest said he saved Micheal and Vicky as they performed better on the night.
The sing off had the couples seeeing Grease classic ‘You’re The One That I Want’ and at the end of it the judges decided Joanna and Richard were not the ones that they wanted.

Richard will now be going back to his plastering in Rotherham. and 22 year old Joanna to her pub singing in essex. They did really welll to get this far as they had not had the musical performance grounding that some of the the other contestant have had.
The best performance of the night seemed to be Danny B and Susan who sang time of my life from dirty dancing which got the judges purring. Brian Friedman said that performance was the ‘the best of the night’, and David Gest, said it was ‘best vocal performance’.

   Was this a fix!!! Everything about this weeks show was suspicious like the show times changing, then not being able to text only ring,plus only having seven minutes to ring. When people are spending a fortune to keep Ricahrd and Joanna in then its clear it was a set up. Not impressed at all as they were the best couple and they haven’t got celebrity connections like a lot of the other couples. They were actually normal people for once!!!!!

   i happen to be a very good friend of Hayley’s
   and ur comment is bang outa order

   i know u wer upset becuase ur fav couple went out, or maybe you knew them, i actually really liked that couple to be honest.
   but “celebrity connections” has nothing to do with it!
   dont u think thers enough pressure on the couples without throwing comments like that about?!
   you cant say that Hayley or Susan havent got talent bcoz ther both amazing singers, as is everybody else in the competition so dnt be throwing around comments like that
