Grease is the word reached the second week of auditions this week but the winners of the US Version Grease your the on ethat I want have found their danny and sandy. The winners were Max Crumm and Laura Osnes. The All About Musicals blog has more details on the US Version of the Grease reality tv show.

The last TV reality show talent contest starts tonight 7th April. Grease Is the Word will follow the host of candidates for the lead Sandy and Danny. The show will start at the first auditions, and follow them through Bootcamp when the final 8 will be chosen, then the last 8 will compete in the live shows, when finally the lead roles for West End show of Grease will be chosen.

Who will win your vote, what was the worse auditon

One of the Grease is the word judges has admitted they once auditoned to play Sandy in greace but were turned down by David Ian, a fellow judge on the latest reality tv show Grease is the word.

Sinitta auditioned back in 1993 and she did get down to the last 2 but was not chosen to be the first black Sandy.

Will there be tension when the TV series starts between the two judges.

“I think he pretended that I was another Sinitta on the first day of filming but I made sure that he knew that I was the same one!”

Brian Friedman a Grease Is The Word panellist has admitted he finds David Gest hard ti handle and thinks he is a bit crazy, he says he has a great heart but still thinks he is a lttle crackers. Anyone who saw him on ITV Im a celebtirty will know that his stories show a very vivid imagination.

Grease is the Word was launched at the Bloomsbury Ballroom on 28th March 2007.

London is due to revive the west end show as is Broadway in new york. Previews at the Piccadilly Theatre will start on the 25th July 2007 with the official opening on 8th August 2007. Grease will take over from Guys and Dolls which closes on 14th April 2007.

London will join Broadway in welcoming a revival of Grease. Grease will begin previews at the West End’s Piccadilly Theatre on July 25th and open on August 8th. Grease will follow Guys and Dolls - which closes on April 14th - into the theatre.

The lead roles of sandy and Danny will be cast via itv reality tv show “grease is the word” the judges will be Sinitta, David Gest, Brian Friedman and David Ian.

The show is to be presented by Zoe Ball. The show starts on April 7th 2007 and will run for 10 weeks, when the roles will be cast in prepartion for the opening of Grease London.

ITV ones latest reality tv talent show is to sponsored by Ribena Really Light. They will be the lead sponsor of both the main itv1 show ‘ grease is the word ‘ and also ‘greased lightnin’ on ITV2.
