Well she is a student at Mountview Now Mountview is where Connie Fisher who won “how do you solve a problem like marie” learnt her trade. David Ian said she was the best Sandy he had seen so far.
So she has the pedigree to make it all the way.

Jade Barnes has been knocked out of Grease is the Word but she looks like she could have a modelling career to fall back on she has already done fashion shoots see Fashion Shoot Pictures and also appeared on Page 3 in the Sun

Last night the final 16 were confirmed for the grease is the word live shows. After 3 days of boot camp the judges decided on the following contestants to perfrom weekly on the live shows

Grease hopeful Jade Barnes has been exposed ! The Sun News Paper have published a photo shoot she did before auditioning for Sandy

Jade 19 reached the final of the Sun Newspapers Page 3 Idol a search to find a new model for their paper.

Jade made the last 60 and is going to the Grease is the Word Boot Camp. Her performance in episode one impressed the judges.

Jade, from Southend, Essex, impressed Judge David Ian he said “I think you are beautiful and with a bit of work you could have a great singing voice.” Jade added: “I’ve wanted to be a singer since I was young.”

This Saturday 21st April 2007 Jade will be hoping to be picked as one of the 8 “Sandys” who will perform in the weekly live shows.
