BBC1 Any Dream will do beat Grease is the word week 4, Any Dream will do had a double eviction which got them 2 million more viewers the bbc show got 6.8 million with Any Dream will Do getting just 4.5 million. Evicted this week were Seamus Cullen and Antony Hansen. Seasmus caused a stire by saying it was a conspiracy!!

Joseph beats Grease in ratings round 1

The BBC Any Dream will do show has beaten ITV Grease is the word for the first two weeks they have gone head to head. Any Dream Will Do had 6.1 million viewers tuning in a 29% audience share and up 200,000 on the week before

ItVs grease is the word attracted 4.3 million up 300,000 on the previous week but it still is behind joseph.
Any Dream will do is already on to its live shows with 12 finalists performing in from of judeges. John Barrowman, Denise Van Outen, Bill Kenwright and singing coach Zoe Tyler, to stay on the show.

The first to go was Chris Crosby.

Denise Van Outen Slates Grease is the Word

Denise Van Outen a judge on the BBCs Any Dream will do the rival show to Grease is the word has slated the ITV show as a cheap copy cat show.

She argues that Any dream will do has far superior judges of Andrew Lloyd Webber, John Barrowman, Zoe Tyler, and Bill Kenwright .

Denise told the Sunday Mirror “We’re the genuine show. Loads of people on these shows say they’ve got a panel of experts, but we’re the only one that actually has,”

She cites Andrew Lloyd Webber as the real deal saying “Andrew IS the West End. He’s had so many hits behind him. ”

She also says that the other judges have pots of west end show experience.

Norton tells Cowell to quit !!!

Graham Norton has laid into Simon Cowell saying he should quit telly.

Norton hosts the new BBC show Any Dream Will Do, which is going to go head to head with the ITV rival produced by Cowell Grease Is The Word

Norton reckons that Any Dream will do will thrash Grease is the Word in the ratings, Norton thinks the Andrew Lloyd Webber fact will keep viewers glued to the Joseph show.

Norton was quoted as saying that “Simon is a huge TV talent – I admire his work ethic. But he’s got all the money he needs – he should pack it in and enjoy himself,” Graham told the Sunday Mirror. “It must be great sitting on a beach in the Bahamas drinking cocktails with Paula Abdul and raking it in like while doing nothing.

Norton concedes that Cowell is a great TV talent but Webber is the master of the musical and Simon is just a good businessman

Time will tell which show will suceed which show do you think will do best.
